Incoming calls that were not answered - shows all the incoming calls that were not answered by extensions - circuit calls that were abandoned or reached the maximum waiting time, incoming calls that went to the state of no answer and disconnections in the router.

Date and time - you can choose the range of dates and times when the calls were made to be displayed. It is recommended to choose a relatively accurate range of dates and times to avoid displaying irrelevant calls.

Number - you can select calls that have entered certain numbers in your account. You can scroll or search for the desired number. Please note that filtering by number only displays incoming calls to a number and does not display outgoing calls with a certain identified number.

User - calls made to or sent by one or more users can be filtered. You can perform a literal search in this field.

Destination country - outgoing calls made to certain countries can be filtered.

Call duration in seconds - you can filter calls with a minimum or maximum call duration. Calls with a call duration of 0 are calls that were not actually made.

Queue - incoming calls can be filtered according to the Queue the call entered.

Caller/Destination ID - You can filter calls made by the phone number that appeared on the phone display of the recipient of the call, or by the phone number of the destination of the call.

Unique IVR ID - You can search for a call by unique call ID. Each call has a single-valued call ID.

It is important to pay attention to the button "Add results from deleted users." When this button is checked, results will also be displayed from users already deleted in your account. It is recommended to mark this button when looking for old conversations to see the conversations that were made also from the users who deleted them.

The results can be exported to a CVS or Excel file. Up to 10,000 records can be simultaneously exported in one file.
